Why there are no vote counts here
The counts circulating online come from media transcriptions of the COMELEC returns. They are useful leads, but this site's rule is that a number appears only when the record behind it can be checked by the reader.
When the 2025 Certificate of Canvass and Proclamation is in hand, the counts and the exact proclamation date will be added, and this note will come down.

Forty youth councils · 2025–2028The youth councils
Forty councils.
No project ledger.
Every one of Bauan's forty barangays has a Sangguniang Kabataan. The federation has a seat in the Sangguniang Bayan. What the public record does not yet have is the part residents ask about most: what each SK budgeted, planned and built.
Jenisse Jade A. Aguilera is the SK Federation President and sits ex officio on the Sangguniang Bayan. Under Republic Act No. 10742 (SK Reform Act of 2015), each SK is entitled to 10% of the barangay general fund for youth development. The rule is clear; the barangay-level project data is not.
This project has not found a machine-readable SK budget, Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan or project list for any of the forty barangays. That is a gap, not a zero: the absence of a published list does not mean no project exists.

Mayors since 1998.
The succession, as the LGU tells it- 2025–2028
Wendah Katrina Rivera Dolor
In office
Elected in May 2025; the first woman to hold the post. Took over from Ryanh Dolor on 30 June 2025.
- 2019–2025
Ryanh M. Dolor
Returned to the mayoralty in 2019 and served until the 2025 turnover. Also served 2007–2016, succeeding his father.
- 2018–2019
Julian “Bojie” C. Casapao
Vice mayor who finished the unexpired term after Herminigildo Dolor died in office on 28 June 2018.
- 2016–2018
Herminigildo “Hermie” J. Dolor
Returned to the post in 2016; died in office. Bauan received its first Seal of Good Local Governance under him.
- 2007–2016
Ryanh M. Dolor
First elected at 27, succeeding his father; served three consecutive terms.
- 1998–2007
Herminigildo “Hermie” J. Dolor
Won the mayoralty in 1998, the 246th local chief executive since 1653. The LGU counts later terms separately above.
The list stops at 1998 because that is where the LGU's own narrative becomes specific. Before that, Bauan has had 246 local chief executives since 1653 — a full list needs the Municipal Secretary's records, and this page will not invent the missing terms.
Herminigildo Dolor died in office on 28 June 2018; Vice Mayor Julian Casapao finished the unexpired term.

Postal and telephone prefixes are omitted: they are stable, but this project has not yet read them from a primary record, and a half-sourced row undermines the fully-sourced ones beside it.
