Bauan,
measured.
Three scales, one town. The country, then the province, then forty barangays grown into a landscape of their own numbers — with every DPWH contract that has a usable coordinate.

How to read it
A drawing of numbers.
The country silhouette is dissolved from the 18 regional boundaries. The province view shows all 34 cities and municipalities of Batangas, with Bauan raised and coloured gold. The town view breaks Bauan into its 40 barangays — the same forty, with the same PSA counts, as the barangays page.
Colour and height are both the statistic — not terrain. Each barangay is filled from a light-to-deep green ramp and raised to its population by default; the measure buttons recolour and regrow the town by households, contract count or contract value. There is no survey grid and no boundary wireframe: the fills carry the shape, and the gold beads are contracts. The year slider keeps only the contracts dated in that year; with Contracts or Contract value selected, it also regrows the town to the year's own totals.
108 DPWH contracts carry coordinates that fall inside Bauan; 91 of those also land inside a barangay polygon, and only those are plotted. The other 17 sit in coastal gaps where the simplified boundary and the coordinate disagree. Nothing is guessed into place.
